Returns - Returning within EU

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we’ll be happy to take the goods back as long as they are unworn and they still have the labels attached (and in the original boxes) within 14 working days of receiving your order. Please complete and enclose this form with your returned goods and if possible give us a short note why it was returned, so we can learn and improve to serve you better next time. Thanks for all the feedback!

Please ensure all items returned are well packaged to avoid damaging during transport. Please ensure that all footwear boxes are covered by a protective outer layer - do not apply any stickers or shipping information directly to any footwear boxes. All goods are shipped with a secure attached Frans Boone Store letterpress label, when this label is not attached anymore, we will not refund you the money is it’s probably worn. Please ensure that all return packages are sent with a track number and a insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Returns are normally processed within 2-3 days of us receiving your return. The return costs will not be refunded.

NO RETURNS WITH POSTAL SERVICE!

YOU CAN ONLY RETURN FROM OUTSIDE EU THIS WAY;

Returns from outside EU are very difficult to send back yourself because all paperwork needs to be conform for customs, otherwise it gets delayed up to 3 months or gets lost!

A request can be rewarded within 5 days after receipt of the goods, no exception can be made.

We will provide an UPS return label at the best rate charged to us by UPS. However take note this can go up to €100-150 (depending on your area)

You cannot send goods back with Royal Mail, USPS or postal services, the risk it gets lost or delayed is on your own accountand we are not responsible .

Exchange Purchase

Exchanging your purchase is not possible. You have to return your purchase and place a new order. We are not responsible for exchange rate difference at the moment of purchase and return payment (refund). The shipping costs are not refundable. We are not responsible for paid import tax. Final sales items - clarance items a re not eligable for an exchange or refund or return

 

Cancelling Order

We charge a cancellation cost to cover every cancellation made.

After ordering the first step is made and transaction costs are made by us. We reserve the right to charge you these costs.

These costs are made to cover our time spent, but also transaction costs not refunded to us. We provide you al tools to make an order as secure as possible.

Mail your request to negrinnell@yahoo.com. If you made your purchase and you want to cancel it before you get a shipment note, you will be charged the transaction-restock cost; 4 euro. When you cancel it after receiving your track nr before shipment 8 euro. When it's already shipped you will be charged 8 euro + shipping cost.
